According to specialists, there are \(5\) things everyone needs to do to be healthy and prevent many health problems and illnesses.
1. Regular checkups
Regular checkups help people identify early signs of health problems before more serious symptoms appear. After every examination, doctors may prescribe you some vitamins or treatment. If you follow their instructions, you will always know what is happening to your body.
2. Have a healthy diet
If you eat a lot of junk food and sugar, you will get problems with excess weight, skin and stomach. Good eating habits will make your life longer. You will be more active, too.
3. Get enough sleep
If you sleep well every night, you will improve your memory and concentration. Your mood in the morning will also be much better. Long-term, if you have \(7\)–\(9\) hours of good sleep a day, you will have little risk of heart problems. It is important to go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day for the best rest.
4. Walk
If you spend most of your time at a desk, one day you will feel pain in your back and eyes. It is bad for your mood too. Go for a walk, enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, go jogging or do some stretching. If you do it regularly, you will get vitamin D which is important for our bones and heart. If you have options, always choose green spaces like parks over city streets.
5. Less stress
All of us have stressful situations in our lives. Stress can cause many diseases and make your immune system weaker. If you learn how to control stress, you will definitely have less health problems. For example, you can practise deep breathing exercises. If they don’t help you, have an appointment with a specialist.
